Payless Hardware, Rockery & Nursery has been in business in San Jose for over 40 years, and in addition to having a strong base of longtime customers, they’re also lucky to have many employees who have worked there for more than 15 years! The team credits their dedication to customer service and their community roots as the reason behind their loyal customers and employees.
But, even with such a great community reputation and repeat customers, the team at Payless Hardware noticed they weren’t attracting many new customers, which they knew was vital to continue operating and serving their customers and their community.
When it came to marketing, Payless Hardware was largely relying on word of mouth and traditional marketing tactics, and they recognized that in order to keep up with the ever-growing online world and survive, they needed to adopt a digital marketing strategy to help them bring in new customers.
That’s where we came in.
The team at Payless Hardware partnered with LOCALiQ for digital marketing solutions like search marketing, social ads, SEO, listings management, and a new website. They hoped to reach new customers on search engines and social media sites and drive them to a user-friendly and optimized website.
After starting these solutions, Payless noticed an increase in new customers coming in and could directly attribute them to their LOCALiQ marketing solutions.
